Installed last night without any problems. I also installed a new timer switch thinking this may be the issue. Although this was suppose to be an easy install it turned out to be a real problem when simply detaching the timer from the plug was a struggle and feared breaking the connector. I would suggest others pass on this because I understand 90 percent of the problems centers around the lower heating element which is subject to water intrusion during the defrost cycle. You can always order the timer unit should you find it is not advancing into the defrost cycle.
