Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

All of our models are wearing our hairpieces to show you exactly what they will look like. Our hairpieces are made out of the highest quality synthetic hair available. They are extra thick and full hairpieces weighing 125g/4.4oz. Each hairpiece has been custom made for girls, tweens and teens. They are made specifically for Cheerleaders and Cheer competitions.

Please order our color ring or message us with pictures if you need assistance with color selection. We are more than happy to trouble shoot any colors that dont match or to help insure you get the right color the first time. We're here to help!

We have extra strong elastic bands and combs to keep your hairpiece in place. Check out our "How To" video tutorial for additional suggestions on creating the strongest hold possible for tumblers and flyers.

We have been custom making our straight 16" cheer pony for 10 years, making upgrades whenever needed to improve our product for our customers. We make them with layered ends to create the most natural appearance possible.

Please remember that hair color can vary slightly from screen to screen. Keep in mind we do the best we can with professional images of all of our colors, however, different screens can show colors in a slightly different light.
