I enjoyed the follow-up to the first, short novel in the series. I DID however, find the middle portion of the book to be a bit too long and overly drawn out. It seemed that every minute detail of the five days in Syria was directed needlessly, and wasn’t in keeping with the pace of the rest of the book. That being said, the story WAS enjoyable, and I’m quite lookup forward to the next installment.
