These were a good 1"+ too big. I bought the same size as last time but these are much bigger.These sandals were a great fit from day one. The minute I put them on they were comfortable. They are replacing a different Merrell style from years ago. I could walk in them all day. There are really no downsides. They are true to size - plain black leather and well madeI love merrell shoes i love the style comfort fit and compliment I have a pair similar to these and I been wearing them for 3 years and I’m still getting compliments I brought my 4 year old great granddaughter a pair of the kids colorful ones and I’m waiting on them now to arrive
