It came with a knife that made cutting it easy. Unlike fiberglass, cutting this material didn't create a mess. After installing it, the wall was 5 degrees warmer. Going from 42 degrees to 47 degrees F. It's not as effective as a wall with insulation, but it still works well.I recommend this insulation if you want to make your space warmer without dealing with the hassle of traditional materials. It's easy to install and makes a noticeable difference.
