The pendant was really nice, but the chain broke fairly easilyi like it makes a good giftWife loves the pendant and box it came inProduct was exactly as advertised. 3 stars because the clear part of the rose cover was cracked. Insufficient protective packaging IMOThis comes in a box where they simply cut a hole in the top of it and dropped the preserved rose in there and then sit an acrylic lid on top. I think it would have made it look 100 times better had they put black fabric lining around the rose but other than that I think this looks pretty nice! The quality is decent. Necklace is smaller but looks really nice.A note to the manufacturer- these should really be protected better in shipping. Our first one the rose fell out and it just got banged up completely in shipping, half of it's petals had fallen off- it was terrible! The replacement one was better but the bottom drawer was smashed in so we had to swap the drawer from the original to have one nice boxed rose set.I bought this as a gift for my son's teacher and she loved it. The necklace is awesome.At first I was hesitant because of the negative reviews, but in the end I fell in love with it and decided to give it up and got exactly what it offered. I'm very happy cln sweetime. I ordered it from the Dominican RepublicI bought this for my niece for her birthday I chose this one because it said the flower was bigger than other competitors that was a lie and it was small other than that the necklace is beautiful and she still enjoyed it
